I think I finally figured out why Russell Brand is such an annoying wanker.
His understanding of politics is Student Bar level 'right on' crap, and you can hear this kind of self-congratulatory idealistic bullshit among any 20 year old 'socialist' on these islands any night of the week.
Russell Brand, because he never had that stage in his life - too busy being a MTV no talent and junkie - missed out on all this 'right on' stage of feeling really clever among fellow gobshites when in reality you just look like a twat. NOW at this stage in his life he is catching up with his lost years he missed out on.
Russell Brand like any 20 year old wanker in a student bar now considers himself to be the font of all knowledge. However, the 20 year old campus student eventually grows up and enters the real world and realises what a stupid twat he/she was at the campus bar talking politics with his equally clueless 'socialist' chums.
Russell Brand, because he is sheltered from the reality of entering the 'regular' world (unlike the rest of us) therefore enjoys the advantage of being an eternal wanker talking shite.
Imagine that wanker who bored the ear off you back in your student days about Trotsky and who eventually ended up as a City of London banker? Well Russell Brand is that is reverse.

He says some stuff that resonates with the good side of people,i won't deny that but ya need look no further than him sat on that bus at the hideous spectacle of the Olympic opening ceremony..and I need not remind you of the handing over ceremony at end of Beijing Olympics with the Bus with roof opening up to mimic the 7/7 tavistock bus! These people are sick and rather scarily n unfortunately beyond help!! An island or prison it is then?!! And lets be honest that aint gona happen tomorrow!!
